One women's restroom had no toilet seat on it, another one had a door that didn't lock or even shut all the way, and another had multiple toilets that didn't flush.įinally, the Spa experience was extremely disappointing for the price we paid. Our bathroom ceiling leaked and the stairs/walkways to get to our rooms became extremely slippery and dangerous any time it rained.Īdditionally, there were many bathrooms across the resort that left plenty to be desired. Thankfully, they were able to relocate to a better room. ![]() We our friends returned to the room, the plaster was leaking into the tub and all over the bathroom. When they notified the resort and requested a room change, someone tried to come into the room and re-plaster the ceiling in the shower. The shower's ceiling was cracking and pieces were falling into the tub. Then, our guests were placed in a room that was quite literally falling apart. We had to fill out our paperwork on a pool table. The Preferred Club check-in was extremely overcrowded and almost stressful. We also had 2 guests join us on this trip. We payed for the Preferred Club experience and we are also a part of a UVC membership. Unfortunately, that is where the pleasantries end. The beach was nice and the ocean was fun to hang out in, but make sure you bring your water shoes. We also had some really nice waiters and waitresses (Shout out to Miguel at El Patio). I know this is a tiny gesture, but it meant a lot to me. Let me start out by saying I appreciated that all of the staff said hello on the resort.

What was that like for you to expose a little bit of those secrets and really set things in motion a little bit with Marcus? That last episode had a quiet, powerful moment with Kika and Marcus where she tells him that Axel told her that he slept with Anna. I know that sometimes doesn’t mean anything with crimes of passion and whatnot, but I didn’t really think about that too much. I knew in the bottom of my heart that it couldn’t be Kika.
